This residence in central Kandy was crafted to embody contemporary sophistication while maintaining everyday functionality. Developed for Mr. Shanka Rathnayake, the project demonstrates a seamless balance between structured design principles and comfortable family living. The spatial layout prioritizes natural light, ventilation, and efficient circulation, enhancing both elegance and practicality.
